Site Design Draft

Enter what eScout captures about a site and get a first-draft design package: a single-line diagram, an aerial site plan with the equipment placed where it goes, front and side elevations, an equipment schedule and a title block, ready to print to PDF. This is the first version of the automation on the Installers page. Every draft must be reviewed, completed and stamped by the EPC engineer of record before it goes to the permitting authority, the utility or the funders.

Daily site clean-up

Installer carbon footprint

Your company’s own footprint. Set up your trucks and machines once (kept on this device for every job), then log what ran each work day in the clean-up log above.

Site photos

Take them on the site walk: main panel, meter, roof faces, cable routes, the connection point. They go into the PDF; in this demo they stay on your device.

DRAFT — NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION — REQUIRES REVIEW, COMPLETION AND STAMP BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD

SITE PLAN (DRAFT) — aerial view

Drag each symbol to where it goes. Imagery: OpenStreetMap. Positions are indicative until surveyed.

ELEVATIONS (SCHEMATIC)

Drawn from the dimensions entered. To be verified on site by the engineer of record.

    DESIGN CHECKLIST

    DAILY SITE CLEAN-UP LOG

One row per work day, initialled by the crew lead, with an end-of-day photo as proof. Green = all checks done and photo attached.

    EQUIPMENT + INSTALLATION CARBON LEDGER

Cradle to grave for this site: the installer’s fuel and travel to build it, plus the equipment’s own footprint, against the carbon it avoids once it is switched on. For the Climate Bonds verifier package.

    SIGN-OFF

Each signature applies only to the revision and fingerprint printed on this sheet.

    REVISION HISTORY

Demo output is illustrative. Ratings shown are the values you entered, or published design ratings (wind and water turbines up to 1.5 kW each; Any Energy Transformer 200–800 V DC bus, 120–480 V AC). Conductor sizes, overcurrent ratings, grounding, clearances and code references are for the engineer of record to determine. The address is sent to OpenStreetMap’s geocoder only when you press Find on map; map imagery loads from the USGS (United States) or OpenStreetMap. Site photos stay on your device and go only into the PDF you download. Nothing else you enter leaves your browser.
