FOR INVESTORS
A manufacturing platform, built for the SDGs.
ANEW Energy is a solid-state battery and clean-energy manufacturer — deploying custom manufacturing technology at scale to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals, through a replicable, employee-owned factory model built for the communities markets overlook.
The Case for ANEW
The climate crisis demands immediate, bold action.
ANEW Energy exists to deliver custom-manufactured, renewable energy solutions at scale to help mitigate the global climate crisis. Our product platform — mini wind turbines, water turbines, solar trackers and solid-state energy storage batteries — is built to be manufactured locally, in replicable, employee-owned Copy Factories, for real benefit to the people and the planet around each one.
Most clean-tech solutions today are delivered by large, centralized players that extract value from the communities they serve without building local capacity in return. ANEW's model is different by design: local ownership, local jobs and local resilience, replicated factory by factory, market by market.
Employee-Owned Copy Factories
One highly automated factory, proven, then replicated worldwide — each one powered by its own clean energy and staffed locally.
A Manufacturing Platform
39 Custom Manufacturing Processes — our secret sauce — protect ANEW's solid-state battery and renewable product platform, a genuine and defensible technology moat.
Two Markets, One Mission
Enterprise net-zero contracts fund the concessional pricing that brings the same technology to off-grid and underserved communities.
Grounded in the SDGs
A worldwide to-do list. We built our plan around it.
ANEW's strategy is grounded in research from the Rocky Mountain Institute — a respected, Aspen, Colorado-based climate think tank — and aligned with the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the world's shared framework for a sustainable, equitable economy by 2030. Our business plan maps directly onto nine of them.
No Poverty
Local ownership and local jobs keep energy revenue circulating inside the community that generates it.
Zero Hunger
Reliable power for irrigation, cold storage and food preservation in agricultural communities.
Good Health & Well-Being
Displacing diesel generators cuts the local air pollution that drives respiratory illness.
Gender Equality
Employee-owned factories and trades training open manufacturing careers to the whole community.
Decent Work & Economic Growth
Every Copy Factory is a source of dignified, skilled local manufacturing jobs, not just delivered power.
Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure
A custom manufacturing platform designed from day one to be replicated, not just scaled.
Responsible Consumption & Production
Products engineered around earth-abundant materials and built to last decades, not years.
Climate Action
The core mission: displace carbon-based generation with clean, distributed alternatives, at scale.
Partnerships for the Goals
Built with development finance, green banks and mission-aligned capital — not alone. See our funding strategy →

Designed For a Warming World
Built for where climate risk is highest.
Roughly 40% of the world's population lives within 100 kilometers of a coastline — exactly where hurricanes, flooding and high wind events hit hardest, and where power transmission fails first. Those communities carry the highest climate risk and the least reliable grid access.
ANEW's product platform is engineered with that reality in mind: durable, weather-resilient hardware built to keep generating and storing power through the conditions that take centralized grids down.

The Long-Term Vision
Built to end up owned by the people who run it.
ANEW Energy makes one commitment up front: our factories are not for sale to a foreign buyer. Each local entity — for example, ANEW Energy Costa Rica, operating within Costa Rica's Free Trade Zone regime — exists to end up owned and operated by the local economy it serves.
ANEW Energy Inc. (USA) funds the launch of each entity and holds a majority stake to manage the venture through startup. As the local team matures and the Board approves local leadership, ANEW's stake steps down — first to a minority position, then, on a targeted multi-year horizon, toward full local ownership led by the people who work there. Investors participate in that same transition through a defined buyout event, rather than an indefinite hold.
- Not for sale to a foreign buyer or outside acquirer
- Ownership transitions toward the local team and workforce over time
- Investor buyout targeted once Board-approved local management is in place
- Structured with tax efficiency in mind for participating employees, subject to local counsel

This describes ANEW's target ownership structure and timeline — it is a statement of intent, not a contractual commitment, a guaranteed return, or tax advice. Final structure, timing and any buyout terms are subject to Board approval, applicable securities law, and confirmation by qualified legal and tax counsel in each jurisdiction, including Costa Rica.
