EaaS Program: Private label your Energy as a Service transition

Show the world your company means business about fighting the climate crisis.

Private-label examples

One system. Any company’s name.

Each rendering shows the same ANEW wind turbine wearing a different company’s brand. Use the arrows, the thumbnails or your keyboard to look through them.

Concept renderings made by ANEW Energy for illustration. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only in these renderings. Their appearance does not mean any company has signed, sponsored, endorsed or agreed to take part.

ANEW Energy designs wind, water, solar, storage and distribution technology that works together as one micro-grid. With Energy as a Service (EaaS), a provider can pay for the equipment, the installation and the insurance, and your company pays one fixed monthly rate — with your brand on the system that powers your sites.

Concept. No company has signed a private-label EaaS agreement, no private-label system has been delivered, and no company shown in the renderings has agreed to anything. The renderings are concept art that show what a private-label system could look like.

The idea

Your brand on clean power. Nothing up front.

Your name on the solution

Each system can carry your private label, so customers, staff and communities see who is putting clean, local power to work. It is a visible way to show you are serious about the climate crisis.

Energy as a Service

Under EaaS a provider pays for the equipment, the installation and the insurance, and owns and maintains the system. You pay one fixed monthly rate for the power. See how EaaS works.

Built to be financed at scale

We are designing every product to be fundable through the green bond market, at scale, so that equipment financed this way can reach many sites. The bond programme is planned and has not been issued. See how we plan it.

The micro-grid

One system. Six products, your name on any of them.

Wind, water, solar, storage, distribution and charging are designed to hand off to each other as one micro-grid. Choose the pieces a site needs.

How private label would work

Four steps, from your brand to your power.

This is how we would run it. None of it has happened yet.

Step 1

Choose your sites.

We look at your sites, your power use and the sun, wind or water on hand, and size a micro-grid to fit.

Step 2

Agree the brand.

We settle which products carry your private label and how it looks, and agree the terms in writing.

Step 3

We build, fund and install.

The equipment is made and installed with local installers. Under EaaS a provider pays for it and you pay a fixed monthly rate.

Step 4

Show what it did.

Because each device is designed to sign its readings, we can report the clean power it delivered, and you can share it.

Private label with a purpose

Sponsor the next natural-disaster recovery.

Large retailers and national brands could sponsor micro-grids carrying their private label and deploy them into a disaster zone, bringing clean, independent power to a community while the grid is rebuilt. Concept stage: no recovery has been sponsored.

Questions

Plain answers.

Are the companies in the renderings customers?

No. The renderings are concept art made to show how a private label could look. A company appearing in one has not signed, sponsored, endorsed or agreed to anything with ANEW.

What is Energy as a Service?

A provider pays for the equipment, installation and insurance, owns and maintains the system, and the customer pays one fixed monthly rate for the power. Read the full explanation.

Is the financing in place?

No. We are designing every product to be fundable through the green bond market, but the bond programme is planned, nothing has been issued, and ANEW is registered with the Climate Bonds Initiative but not yet certified. Nothing here is an offer of securities.

When could a private-label system be delivered?

No private-label system has been delivered and several products are still in development, so we would agree timing with each customer before anything is promised.

I am an investor. Where is the model?

The EaaS investment model is on our investor site: anewenergyinvest.com/eaas-model. It uses illustrative inputs, not forecasts, and an access code is required.
