The battery is injection-molded.

Conventional cells are stacked and assembled, layer by layer. ANEW's are different: the eCUBE is a solid-state battery built by injection molding — a proprietary process protected by 39 proprietary processes · patents issued & in process. Molding the cell instead of assembling it is what lets ANEW hold tight, repeatable quality at scale, and copy the same production line from one country to the next.

It's solid-state — no liquid electrolyte — and built from earth-abundant materials with zero VOCs, full recyclability and carbon-neutral manufacturing. The same eCUBE cell is the core inside every ANEW product, from the Power Pack to the Power Pole.
